According to the results of epidemiological investigation, genome-wide sequencing and mutation site analysis, it is determined that the confirmed cases in Huanggang, Jingzhou, Wuhan, Jingmen, Ezhou and Xianning are all related cases of confirmed cases in a tour group in Huai ‘an, Jiangsu Province, and they are all found by active investigation in isolation, control and epidemiological investigation. At present, 157 residential areas in Wuhan have been sealed and controlled, and people in residential areas and construction sites have been sealed and controlled, and the flow of people has been strictly restricted.
