Through joint development, we will build an idyllic complex and realize the organic combination of ecological value and economic value. The photovoltaic power station investment operators, the government and farmers are bound into a combination of common interests, achieving a win-win situation for many parties and re-empowering traditional photovoltaic power stations. As the core of photovoltaic intelligent agriculture comprehensive demonstration project, the overall installed capacity of the project is 70 MW, producing 75 million kWh of clean electricity every year, saving 34,000 tons of standard coal, reducing 250 tons of sulfur dioxide, 72,000 tons of carbon dioxide and 287.1 tons of soot.
While realizing energy conservation and emission reduction, Changxing project pays attention to the combination with local conditions, highlights characteristic agriculture, and improves the comprehensive efficiency and modernization level of agriculture. The first phase of the project covers an area of 1,000 mu with 50 MW of complementary fish and light, which integrates the original pit and pond water surface into a standard fish pond, realizing the combination of photovoltaic power generation on the upper part and fishery culture on the lower part. Since its establishment more than two years ago, a crayfish farming cooperative model has been formed, in which seedlings are supplied from the base to neighboring farmers and then recycled and sold at high prices, achieving an annual output of nearly 500,000 Jin, solving the contradiction between raising and selling, and the average output value per mu is more than 12,500 yuan. In the second phase of the project, the 20 MW complementary part of agriculture and light covers an area of about 500 mu. The whole project consists of 24 photovoltaic linked greenhouses and a sightseeing shed. Dendrobium candidum is mainly planted in the shed, with an annual output of 200,000 Jin, and the overall output value per mu is more than 80,000 yuan. After the completion of the project, more than 100 jobs were provided for villagers in villages and towns, which solved the problem of rural surplus labor force employment and the problem of returning farmers’ entrepreneurial venues. The per mu yield of agricultural land in the project was increased from less than RMB 35,000 in 1000 yuan to an average of RMB 35,000, and a set of photovoltaic agriculture-based "small town model" was successfully explored.
Improve the comprehensive solving ability of pollution control, solve key and difficult problems and create a powerful main platform for pollution control
Water is an unavoidable topic for pollution control in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The water environment in the Yangtze River basin is complex and diverse, which requires comprehensive management service capabilities. China Energy Conservation has successively built and operated two sewage treatment plants and a raw water supply project. Among them, Huzhou Xing Wu East Xincheng Sewage Treatment Plant is mainly used to treat domestic sewage, with a daily treatment capacity of 100,000 tons; Shaxi City Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant is mainly used to treat industrial sewage from printing and dyeing enterprises, with a daily treatment capacity of 15,000 tons. At the same time, China Energy Conservation also has a raw water project with a designed storage capacity of 99.66 million cubic meters and a daily water supply scale of 200,000 tons — — Huzhou Laohutan Reservoir Project and Water Diversion Project, the layout in Huzhou is only a microcosm of China’s energy-saving water industry in the Yangtze River Basin. At present, China Energy Conservation has realized the operation and management mode of water supply (drainage) integration, water plant (pipe) network integration and urban-rural water supply integration in Xiangtan, Bengbu and Xiangyang, and built a regional water integration pattern with regional core water enterprises as the platform.

At the same time, China Energy Conservation always takes solving the problem of coastal solid waste pollution as an important starting point to participate in the pollution control of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, actively arranges solid waste treatment projects, and innovatively puts forward a comprehensive solution of "two parks and one chain" solid waste. Among them, Chengdu qingbaijiang district Waste Incineration Power Generation Project is the most representative. It undertakes the treatment of domestic garbage in jinniu district, chenghua district, Xindu District and qingbaijiang district in Chengdu, with a daily capacity of 1,800 tons, an annual capacity of 650,000 tons, power supply of 190 million kWh/year, 81,000 tons of standard coal saving and 189,400 tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction, which has made great contributions to the domestic garbage treatment in Chengdu and the ecological protection in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. What is even more amazing is that Chengdu Xiangfu Waste Incineration Power Plant, the comprehensive office building and the main waste incineration plant are in the same building, and the staff dormitory is less than 200 meters away from the main plant, so that "one of our own" can work and live in the factory. It fully embodies China’s "technical confidence" in the field of safe production and emission standards. Chengdu project is only the epitome of nearly 100 energy-saving solid waste treatment projects in China. As one of the company’s important business sectors, China’s energy-saving solid waste treatment projects are spread all over 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, with a total solid waste treatment capacity of about 90,000 tons/day. Among them, there are 19 solid waste treatment projects along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, with a designed daily treatment capacity of 17,000 tons and an investment scale of nearly 10 billion yuan.
