1905 movie network news South Korean films have recently released three B CUT posters, centering on the hero "Wu Changzhi" played by Ahn Sung ki, showing his distress in the face of life and love.
Ahn Sung ki plays the leading role in the film.
In the first poster, the sick wife lies feebly behind her, while Ahn Sung ki looks at the beauty in front of her with wavering and contradictory eyes. In the second poster, Ahn Sung ki is sitting on the edge of the bed, bent over, and seems very distressed and helpless. In the third poster, facing the beauty in front of her, Ahn Sung ki seems to be deliberately turning away from it, trying to avoid the desire in her heart.
The protagonist in Make-up and Cremation is caught in a dilemma of morality and emotion.
Make-up and Cremation is the 102nd film directed by Lin Quanze, and the script is adapted from the novel of the same name by Jin Xun, the winner of the 28th Li Xiang Literature Award in 2004. The film tells the story of the hero played by Ahn Sung ki. Facing the impending death of his wife with cancer, he is irrevocably tempted by the beautiful female subordinate and falls into a moral and emotional dilemma.
The film has been invited to participate in the 71st Venice International Film Festival, the 39th Toronto International Film Festival, the 19th Busan International Film Festival, the 34th Hawaii International Film Festival, the 9th London Korea Film Festival, the 25th Singapore International Film Festival, the 39th Hong Kong International Film Festival and many other overseas film festivals, and has attracted great attention from filmmakers and fans at home and abroad. The film will be released in Korea on April 9.
