In terms of specific launch date and city, Yu Chengdong said that Huawei’s advanced intelligent driving system can cover 90% of urban scenes. At present, it has landed in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and Chongqing and Hangzhou will be unlocked in the second quarter of this year (with high-precision maps). This year, Q3 will realize the landing of 15 cities without maps, and Q4 will add 30 cities without maps, reaching 45 cities.

In terms of price, Huawei offers two options: software subscription and one-time buyout. Among them, HUAWEI ADS 1.0 purchases 32,000 yuan at a time, subscribes to 6,400 yuan a year, and subscribes to 640 yuan for a monthly subscription; HUAWEI ADS 2.0 is purchased at a lump sum of 36,000 yuan, with an annual subscription of 7,200 yuan and a monthly subscription in 720 yuan.

First of all, it is the HUAWEI xHUD AR-HUD augmented reality head-up display scheme. The product is based on the self-developed optical imaging module of 2K car gauge. In addition to car gauge AR navigation, it can also realize intelligent driving, lane-level navigation, reversing images, digital elves, giant screen viewing and other functions.

As a smart driving version, its biggest selling point must be the high-level intelligent driving assistance system. This system also comes from the ADS department of Huawei BU. In terms of hardware, Wenjie M5 Intelligent Driving Edition is equipped with an overhead laser radar, three millimeter-wave radars, eleven high-definition cameras and twelve ultrasonic radars, which can realize high-speed and high-order intelligent driving function in urban areas independent of high-precision maps in the later stage.

In order to optimize the wind resistance and increase the cruising range, the hidden door handle, spoiler and other details of the Wujie M5 Intelligent Driving Edition are also optimized, which reduces the wind resistance of the whole vehicle by 11% and increases the comprehensive cruising range of the extended-range version from the original 1242km to 1425km.

Finally, there is a very interesting design. MagLink magnetic interface is added in the rear row of the M5 cockpit, which can realize the linkage between the tablet and the car, and can also charge.
